Our clerical staff is a group of pleasant, hardworking individuals who are essential to our operations. Our schedulers are well-trained in ultrasound scans and a variety of MRI scans that can be ordered by your physician. They will guide physicians and their staff, and help assist their patients in gathering appropriate information necessary for us to determine the type of scan needed, patient safety issues, insurance information, etc. Our receptionists greet each patient when they arrive at our Center and assist them in working through all of the necessary paperwork in preparation for their scan.
All of our MRI Technologists are Board Certified by the ARRT MR Registry. All are carefully trained to ensure that our patients will receive professional and compassionate care while providing optimal results from each MRI examination.
We employ only Board Certified Radiologists with Fellowship Training and extensive experience in all imaging modalities. As dedicated professionals, they provide interpretations of the MRI/MRA scans to our referring physicians.

MRI is a non-invasive, sophisticated diagnostic imaging technique that uses a large magnet, radio waves and a computer to produce detailed cross-sectional images of the dedicated body part that we are scanning. It gives the physician the ability to see detailed images of your anatomy. There is no ionizing radiation involved in a MRI examination. Certain types of exams require the use of a safe paramagnetic agent (contrast media). This media, which is given intravenously during the exam, highlights the area of interest.
MRA is a specialized study of the blood vessels. The images are displayed in a two and three dimensional format to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of blood vessel diseases. Many times a contrast media is used to enhance these images.
Ultrasound is an imaging technique that uses high frequency sound waves to create images of organs and systems within the body. Ultrasound is non-invasive technique used to diagnose a disease or a condition and also may aid in treatment of diseases.
